Jill Murray is a 2013 Writer’s Guild of America Award winner in excellence in game writing for Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation, and a writer for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. With Doubleday Canada, she has published two novels about breakdancing teenagers, Break on Through and Rhythm and Blues. She enjoys giving talks on diversity, writing and design, to anyone who will listen. This fall, armed with new winter boots and a hunger for adventure, she sets out on a new journey, as Director, Narrative Design for Ubisoft Quebec.

Murray’s Gamercamp talk will cover “YOU Work In GAMES? How The Gaming Industry Saved One Book Nerd’s Life, And What Diversity Really Means Within The Industry.”
