Cheap Thrills Contest

Hello everyone! Want to play a game? Then step right up for our latest contest, as we’re giving away copies of CHEAP THRILLS on DVD, courtesy of Dork Shelf and TVA Films!

CHEAP THRILLS, which tells the story of a new father facing eviction whose life is turned upside down when he meets a wealthy couple who offer a path to a better life, stars David Koechner, Pat Healy, Ethan Embry, and Sara Paxton. The film is directed by E.L. Katz (his feature debut) from a script by Trent Haaga, and produced by Gabriel Cowan, Travis Stevens and John Suits.

Following the SXSW world premiere, the film has garnered rave reviews from critics and fans alike.  Variety hailed the film as a “thoroughly nasty piece of work” that plays “like the mutant offspring of Harold Pinter and Quentin Tarantino, yet fueled by its own distinctive strain of darkly comic misanthropy.” Horror website Bloody called it a “masterful and nuanced bit of horror satire,” while the Hollywood Reporter called it “acidly funny” and promised that “few will be bored.”  Our own film critic, Andrew Parker, thinks it’s one of the best films of the year so far!

Cheap Thrills hits DVD and Blu-Ray today, but here’s how you can win a copy of your own without losing an arm and a leg. Well, maybe by losing them theoretically. Simply email with CHEAP THRILLS in the subject line and answer the following question:

What body part would you chop off for $250,000?”
