What makes something “Lynchian”? There are his creepy, mysterious films which are adored by many, but the new documentary David Lynch: The Art Life explores the artist’s early life while he works on his first loves: painting and sculpting. The film hits screens in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Ottawa on April 7th with more dates in major cities through April. We’re giving away run of engagement passes courtesy of Pacific Northwest Pictures, to catch David Lynch: The Art Life at the TIFF Bell Lightbox starting Friday. Winners will also receive the film’s poster, featuring a great pic of the auteur with his hair in top form (see below).
