Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Superman…’s costumes at the top of the CN Tower!
That’s right; earlier this week Warner Bros. Canada threw a spectacular shindig at the very top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, in honour of the upcoming DC Comics flick Man of Steel. Not only was the event a veritable who’s-who of the Toronto nerdternet, but we were lucky enough to be joined by the film’s director and producer, Zack Snyder (Watchmen, 300) and Charles Roven (The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises).
In addition to some delicious treats and great company, Warner Bros. brought along some of the actual costumes and props from the film, so we could take a look at where Henry Cavill once put his body (we are not worthy!) Highlights included an actual page of The Daily Planet; Lois Lane’s stylish-yet-functional brown Tory Burch bag (worn by Amy Adams); Faora’s bad-ass Catwoman-esque black get-up (worn by Antje Traue); and, of course, Henry Cavill’s red underwear-less Supersuit.
Check out some photos from the sneak preview below!
