The Fox Theatre‘s second annual 3-D Film Festival starts this weekend. Running from July 17th to the 23rd, the festival will feature 3-D movies from the 1960’s heyday and the 1980’s revival of the format. The most ridiculous 3-D movie I ever saw was when I was working at the Fox; The Stewardesses. This 1969 exploitation movie was the most profitable 3-D film in history, and it’s basically just women with huge breasts walking around naked in 3-D. The greatest film ever made? Perhaps.
