Nobody Walks Review

Olivia Thirlby is making out with a guy in an airport parking lot as they walk to his car. They met on the plane. They're wearing skinny jeans. He drives her to Silverlake. There's a vintage camera on her lap. Light-saturated shots of the passing streetscapes are interspersed. If you're not already thinking “This is some hipster shit” by the time she arrives at John Krasinski and Rosemarie DeWitt's lovely house surrounded by trees, this movie is for you.

Dredd Review

It might not be too debatable that Dredd 3D works as a more faithful introduction to the cult comic lawman from the future than the character’s Sylvester Stallone vehicle from 1995, but it’s not better by much.

Dredd Adds Lena Headey

Director Pete Travis’s (Vantage Point) next theatrical venture, Dredd, just welcomed another cast member to the upcoming comic reboot. The Playlist confirms that Lena Headey (300, Game of Thrones) will be playing the main antagonist in the film. Dredd is based on the popular British comic book character Judge Dredd, created by John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra.
