A satisfying bit of action movie junk food more evocative of 90s action films than those from the 80s, Bullet to the Head is more notable as a return to form for action director Walter Hill than as another stepping stone along Sylvester Stallone's comeback trail.

Conan the Barbarian Review

Conan the Barbarian is an unnecessary, but often entertaining adaptation of Robert E. Howard's series of stories about the Cimmerian warrior who was "born of battle." And to the film's credit, it doesn't feel like a full remake of the Arnold Schwarzenegger take on the character. This Conan is actually smarter and even more action packed than the beloved films from the 80s, but under the direction of Marcus Nispel sometimes the film can be excessive even by the standards of the character.

Game of Thrones Episode 1.2 Review

With the introduction and exposition heavy first episode behind it, Game of Thrones now moves onto the business of the story. In the wake of shocking conclusion of the first episode (incest and attempted child murder still qualify as shocking, right?), the second episode, titled "The Kingsroad", quite literally takes the action on the road. Many characters embark on journies that will shape the events of the entire season, and indeed the rest of the series.
