Spider-Man: Far From Home Review

Everyone's favourite friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man travels to new neighbourhoods and takes on new foes in the emotional and action-packed sequel Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Captain America: Civil War Review

Captain America: Civil War doesn't highlight the differences between Cap and Tony Stark as much as it creates them, but at least it does so in a somewhat intelligent way… until all the good guys have to fight each other.

The Impossible Review

Combining top notch and genuinely emotional disaster filmmaking with sadly standard melodrama, The Impossible feels awkward, but there's still a lot to love about it.

Fright Night Review

Fright Night is unquestionably the best film to come out of the recent deluge of recycled properties. This doesn’t just mean it is the best horror reboots in recent years, but it is one of the best remakes in any genre. It is the rare reboot that hits many of the same notes of the original film, while simultaneously subverting the audience’s expectations of what is going to happen. The fact that Fright Night manages to be on par with the original is a miracle in a world of shoddy remakes and cheap cash-ins.
