It’s been a decade since the last Cabrini tower was torn down, but the citizens of Chicago still don’t dare to speak the name Candyman. Nia DaCosta and Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us) team up to rejuvenate one of the original socially conscious horror icons for a new generation. With an amazing cast that includes Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Teyonah Parris, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Colman Domingo, and the original Candyman himself Tony Todd, Candyman is one of our most anticipated movies of 2021 – and it’s finally set to open in theatres on August 27!
