Editor-in-Chief Jason Gorber reviews Young Werther in CBC Metro Morning. Jose Lourenço directs this Canadian romantic comedy starring Allison Pill, Patrick J. Adams, Iris Apatow, and Douglas Booth. Based on the classic book The Sorrows of Werther and situated in Toronto, the VVS Films release follows Werther, a writer that stumbles upon the love of his life only to find out she is already engaged with someone else. This will not stop the young writer from doing everything in his power to gain her love, even if that puts him in a series of hilarious predicaments.
